Jay Z buys Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spade) brand

Rapper Jay Z, 44 has completed the purchase of the Armand de Brignac champagne brand also known as "ACE OF SPADE" from New York wine and spirit company Sovereign Brands for an undisclosed fee.

Court orders sale of Erastus Akingbola's Cayman Island properties to recover N164n debt

Ex- Group Managing Director of the defunct Intercontinental Bank Plc, Erastus Akingbola’s properties in Cayman Islands have been frozen by the Grand Court of Cayman Islands in a bid to recover a debt of N164 billion from him. The property is known as 2 Cambridge Court.

Halliburton buys Baker Hughes for $34 Billion

 

World's second largest oil servicing company Halliburton Co has reached a deal with rival Baker Hughes Inc, the third largest firm by market capitalization in the oil servicing sector to acquire the Houston based Baker Hughes for a whopping $34.6 billion .
